I have seen an immense rise in background checks, specifically on social media, and offers being retracted based on atrocious actions taken by candidates and employees. Remember, your actions will always have consequences. Keep this in mind when you receive an email informing you that a company has decided not to consider your candidacy. These physical assaults and murders happen so often that it appears to be part of our DNA. Then we have adults also killing their children or their mate’s children. LEADERSHIP and the population must chime and develop strategies to eliminate these deadly behaviors. R.I.P. for the 40+ people murdered across the nation per day—now almost 17K murders per year, when there should be ZERO! *** I wonder what percentage of every form of violent media has a play with these assaults and murderers to include substandard parenting and the lack of directed government support programs??? 😭🥺😢😔😞 SAD ***We must do something before we turn into a MAD MAX SCENARIO!

It is heartbreaking and deeply disturbing to witness a tragic incident like the one in #Ujjain, where a woman was raped in broad daylight, and the crowd simply watched or filmed the crime instead of intervening. This is a reflection of the failure of basic humanity. Not only the perpetrator but also the bystanders share the moral responsibility for this heinous act. As a society, we need to ask ourselves: Where has our empathy gone? How can we be so indifferent to the suffering of another human being? Silence and inaction in such situations are as harmful as the crime itself. By allowing this violence to unfold and choosing to record it rather than intervene, those bystanders became complicit in the violation of that woman's dignity. It is high time we change this mentality. We must stand up against violence, protect those in need, and never let such horrific incidents happen again in our presence. Authorities should hold bystanders accountable in cases like this, as their inaction perpetuates a culture of impunity. Justice needs to prevail, and we, as individuals, must realize our duty to protect and stand up for one another.

Simon, while sharing your disgust with racism and supporting your theory on the influence of imperialism in parts, I must ask you this: why do we experience similar problems in my normally peaceful Austria. We never had any colonies, never pressed any people into our services, still our once great "Empire" had to be destroyed following Roosevelts dictum of "Voelkerkerker". and today we have the highest rates of immigrants per capita in Europe. we have 25% of non-christian children in school and already 30% in kindergarten. the reaction of the autochton (European) population has until now been moderate with some verbal but also some political action (up to 30% right wing votes are possible coming September)...
