In our recent webinar Solving the Mysteries of Franchising – Part 3 Graeme McKinnon and Stuart Lee QFP Lee explored some really important themes on Strategic Planning and Growth Management. Both speakers emphasised the importance of having a clear strategic plan from the beginning to prevent slow network growth and ensure a smooth exit strategy. It was suggested that franchise partners should consider their end goals and exit strategies early to align their business trajectory with personal ambitions. Without this foresight, franchisors can face limited options when scaling or eventually exiting the business.
