Here are the highlights: 🔹 Managing Franchisee Growth Over-reliance on top-performing franchisees can create risks. Limiting the number of territories per franchisee helps maintain balance and growth. 🔹 Optimising Territories Before Expanding Territories should be fully maximised before adding more. Large territories can lead to issues – smaller, well-managed territories are key. 🔹 Revenue Metrics and Growth Understanding metrics like EBITDA is vital for assessing franchise potential and planning successful exits. 🔹 Proactive Planning is Crucial Early planning and open communication with franchisees prevent reactive decisions.
