💫 Reflection Time Last night, someone told me that donating plasma is a selfless act. It’s not the first time I’ve heard that, but I realized I hadn’t fully considered *why* I do it. For me, it’s important because I know it helps others who need my plasma far more than I do. It’s not just a task; it’s meaningful, knowing each donation makes a difference. I’m proud to say I haven’t missed a fortnightly donation all year-18 donations so far in 2024! But it got me thinking: why is it sometimes so hard to set aside a couple of hours to do something just for ourselves? Whether it's joining a book club, taking dancing or singing lessons, or learning a new sport-these things fuel us, help us grow, and bring joy. Time is our most valuable asset. If we can commit a few hours every few weeks to something that gives back to others, shouldn’t we also prioritize time for our own growth, happiness, and mindfulness? He ran 556 km and documented his progress on social media every day. “Attending the Trailblazers programs and witnessing how much the kids enjoy the programs is a clear indication of how important Move It is.
