MORE POUNDS LOST!!! Humans consume a variety of meats, many of which come from animals that do not eat meat themselves. For instance, cows, which are herbivores, primarily eat grass and other plant material. Similarly, sheep and goats graze on vegetation and do not consume meat. Domesticated chickens and turkeys, while technically omnivores, are often fed diets rich in grains, seeds, and plant material, making them non-carnivorous in farming practices. Pigs, though omnivores, are typically raised on a diet of grains and vegetables. Additionally, rabbits and ducks are commonly eaten but primarily consume plant-based diets, with rabbits being strict herbivores and ducks often fed grains and greens in domestic settings. These examples illustrate that while humans frequently eat meat, many of the animals we consume are themselves non-meat-eaters.
