Time flies when you're having fun... First time on a golf course, thanks to #topteacher Bob, we actually hit some balls from the driving range! Another quarter passed = another quarterly quest team experience 🎶 Really cool to see the progress we made and how we now have found a rhythm that works very well for us. Maybe it also is valuable for your team so let me share our rhythm: 👉Quarterly Quest Reflecting on last quarter, collecting key insghts, sharing plan for next quarter. Format is an extended team meeting with a fun team building activity as well. We balance to do's on our core activities with max 3 separate focus projects for that quarter (for example building the next version of Ask Zanna Anything after the first test round). 👉 Monthly Milestones Virtual 1hr monthly meeting to see progress on our quarterly quest. Same idea: reflecting on previous month and sharing activities for coming month to keep our focus. 👉 Weekly WrapUp Weekly 1hr meeting to keep track of our to do's and make sure we execute on what we had planned. It was a pleasure to join Flybuys for their end of year company event. (SAFARI themed fun! 🦁 🦓 ) We spoke on the big ingredients for #high #performing #teams, and the role we each play to build a #great #work #culture. Showcasing Flybuys new operating model achievements, key business success drivers, huge member engagement and growth, and a first-class approach to data. It was an impressive, inclusive and immersive day. Stage performances were in full swing too. With stand-up comedy, fierce trivia competitions, and a lot of jungle costumes. Awards rounded out the occasion, given to the Flybuys brand custodians who #OWN, #ACT and #INSPIRE every day. Days like this don’t happen without a lot of work, passion, humour, and vision from many. To the wonderful People and Comms team Keren Osborn, Amelia Roydhouse, Bridget Connor, Tahlia Weston and CEO Anna Lee.
