The health industry is like any other industry in many respects..... There is certainly a lot of information and choice out there! There are some incredible Practitioners of all approaches and modalities and some brilliant programs. My advice is to find one that resonates with you and that you are grounded on. This in itself can take time. We are regularly contacted by folks in a similar position to Claire.
