🚀 MBA Project Journey: Launching Nutrikits 🚀 As part of my MBA in Entrepreneurship, my team and I embarked on an exciting project to create and launch a brand. We conceptualized Nutrikits, a unique solution for fitness enthusiasts and health-conscious individuals—a brand offering DIY protein food kits to simplify daily protein consumption and cater to personalized dietary needs. Before jumping into the launch, we applied the critical lesson we learned in marketing: R&D is key! To ensure Nutrikits truly resonated with our audience, I conducted interviews with regular workout enthusiasts. These conversations provided invaluable insights into their challenges, preferences, and expectations, helping us refine our product concept to align with their needs. This experience reinforced the importance of customer-centric innovation and validated the power of research in shaping impactful brands. Excited for more opportunities to create solutions that matter! Thank you professor Kumar Aashish for giving this project!! #MBAJourney #Entrepreneurship #BrandBuilding #Nutrikits #Innovation #MarketingInsights #Fitness

"A Business Built for the Greater Good". You summed up my journey thus far at ALOHA perfectly, Ramon Vela. Appreciated our wide-ranging conversation on the state of #entrepreneurship and the simultaneously rational and irrational aspects of brand & business building. It's not for the faint of heart...but, in my opinion, there is nothing more impactful than creating and shepherding a company through its infancy and, consequently, setting the table for the sustainable growth necessary to jump to the next S curve. #leadership #foodandbeverage #founders #founderstories #brands https://lnkd.in/g2XhbUX8

🤔 White Labels or R&D: Why Choose the Latter? Entrepreneurs often struggle with the decision of opting for white labels or investing in R&D when entering the supplement & wellness market. And this choice is pivotal in shaping the future of a business. At Pawer Water, our decision was clear-cut. Our expertise and robust network gave us the confidence to invest in R&D. Why Choose R&D? First, developing your own products enables you to embed your identity and values into your offerings. This leads to bold and innovative products that stand out in the market. White label supplements might offer a quicker and cheaper route to market, but they lack this unique touch. (Hence you can find that most veterinary brands are white label supplements). As a former Brand & Innovation strategist, I've always believed that investing in development and bespoke solutions can create truly unique and differentiating products that would answer a need. Many of us, "the entrepreneurs with big dreams", are looking for the day we can do a pawtastic exit (i.e sell successfully our business). The reality is brands that develop their own products are far more attractive to potential buyers (corporate and individuals). Original products demonstrate commitment to quality and innovation, which significantly boosts acquisition chances. In fact, the data speaks. According to industry reports, brands investing in R&D see a 30% higher acquisition rate compared to those relying on white labels. And equally or more importantly, 60% of consumers prefer to purchase from brands that develop their own products, as it reflects the brand’s authenticity and reassures on quality control. And yes, developing your own formula means more work: relentless research on ingredients, scientific reports, trend spotting, customer behaviour analysis, rigorous audits. And I have to admit, it can feel daunting sometimes but at Pawer Water, we decided to not shy away from working hard to get the best out there. Our learning and what our mentors, successful founders and investors alike told us to use as a line of conduct: Invest in R&D. Build something unique. Surround yourself with smarter people than you. The future of your brand depends on it. So, we keep going. And so far, it is a pawsome entrepreneurial journey. #entrepreuneurship #petcare #petsupplements

Would you quit an Ivy League MBA program to launch a business inspired by your mom? That's exactly what #entreprenur Sam Faycurry did before starting Fay. Through his journey— a #masterclass in choosing between taking the path well-traveled or following through on a serendipitous opportunity— Sam learned these 3 valuable lessons: 📃Prioritize effectively: Sometimes, achieving #success means abandoning a decision you made. Sam made a hard choice to focus on growing Fay, leaving Harvard Business School in the dust. 🍽️Stay hungry: Even after securing $25 million in funding, Sam emphasizes the importance of maintaining ambition and drive. 💡Realistic solutions over idealistic visions: His #entrepreneurial success lies in addressing tangible needs, not just sticking to intellectual exercises. Sam's story reminds us the right time to pivot is when the opportunity aligns with a real-world demand. https://lnkd.in/g9kGqJ7r
