Any person that loses the logical, rational and stable thinking capacity. You will fall for the lie that you can identify with anything. Please don't try you could injure yourself and die. Here's a simple trick that will help you instantly win clients: Listen to feedback. I started Empathiq to bring modern technology to the industry I love. But it wasn't resonating. Many of us are supposedly in the 'top 1%', and I guess we could be called 'elites' -- born this way, or ambitiously self-made -- therefore as a global class we must be willing to be the most self-critical in the first instance, if any discussions arise about stemming social inequality. Many insecure people are actually eager to uphold a hierarchical society; e.g., anyone seeking status via 'costly signalling'/ heroic consumerism are doing just this (whether they are conscious of this, or not). But the paradox is, it's likely to be only the elites that will be able to engineer change. I believe it will be the people who have both been working people AND elite in their own lifetimes -- one and the same -- who will have the most both-ways empathy and governing intelligence, here.

Until rational leadership guides our country, we're headed down a concerning path. I urge someone to escalate the gender and confusion issues to the Supreme Court for a definitive ruling, bringing much-needed clarity. We must distinguish between personal beliefs and biological reality. Simply believing something doesn't make it true. In the past, we recognized gender dysphoria as a mental health condition; now, we're expected to indulge fantasies that contradict scientific facts. I empathize with individuals feeling trapped in the wrong body, but we must balance their needs with the greater good. Catering to less than 1% of the population shouldn't require upending society. Commonsense is lacking in this debate. A dose of rationality would resolve this issue. Please read the attached article, which provides a well-reasoned framework for addressing gender. It's a crucial step toward winning the argument and restoring sanity. So here’s the thing. We have environmental science graduates who take our IEMA Certificate in Environmental Management course, who say they learn more with us in 15 weeks than they learnt on a three year degree course that saddled them with £40,000 of debt. We charge less than £3,000, to give them cutting edge knowledge, direct from the front line of our work with companies like Mercedes Benz. Similarly, I have come across graduates in Digital Media studies with seemingly good degrees (2:1) who knew less than me. In Silicon Valley you can enrol in a coding boot camp that again will take you further than a degree course, in a matter of weeks. It seems every FE facility now offers an MBA, often taught by people who have little relevant work experience. There are Professors in organisational behaviour who have never managed a team. I could go on but isn’t the unspoken truth, that many degree courses have outserved their usefulness and it is time to seriously rationalise the sector and adopt modern methods of teaching delivered by Practioners who have actually done what they are teaching? Let’s be honest would you hire a tennis coach who had never picked up a racket? 🤔
