🚀 How to Follow Up Like a Pro! 🚀 Hey, job seekers! We know the post-interview wait is tough. But before you send 12 emails, here’s how to follow up with style: 1️⃣ Give it some space – Wait 2-3 days post-interview. You don’t want to seem like you are camped out by your inbox. 2️⃣ Be brief but memorable – “Hi [Interviewer’s Name], thank you again for the opportunity! Excited about the role and to (hopefully) join the team!” That’s it. Short & sweet. 🍬 3️⃣ Show continued interest – Mention one thing from the interview that got you fired up! Let them see how well you’d fit. 4️⃣ Don’t spam 😅 – One thoughtful message is better than daily updates. (Trust me, they remember you!) Good follow-ups show interest – great ones show confidence. Now go land that dream job! 🌟 #JobTips #InterviewFollowUp #Recruitment #YouGotThis

It’s frustrating, disheartening, and, frankly, it feels unfair. But remember this: you deserve better. Instead, focus your energy on new opportunities where your skills and potential will be valued and appreciated. You’re talented, capable, and worthy of a workplace that recognizes that. One of the best questions a #candidate asked me during an #interview? 🤔 "How do you fail in this company? Can you share some real-life examples of what happens when people make mistakes both small scale and big scale? " 🤯😍🧠 A lot of candidates either don't ask any questions when given the chance (which I think is a massively missed opportunity to assess the potential employer/hiring manager) or ask very shallow questions to tick the box. Something about how she structured her question made me think she really cared. It engaged me and encouraged me to give a well-thought, robust, honest answer but also made me feel this person was genuinely interested in the role, therefore asking meaningful questions about it. Never ever miss an opportunity to know your future employer better. Watch out for some red flags: 🚩 They don't give you a chance to ask questions 🚩 They are put off by the questions you ask 🚩 They give you polite but not real answers 🚩 They say they will come back to you with an answer via email and never do #recruitment #jobhunting #futureofwork

#JobSearch #RecruitmentChallenges #InterviewFrustrations Hey everyone! 👋 I wanted to share a frustrating experience I recently had with a company's recruitment process and get your thoughts on it. So, I went through an intense seven-round interview process with a big company back in August. After being ghosted during the final interview, I received a standard rejection email two weeks later. It was quite shocking, especially from such an established organization, but honestly, it wasn’t the worst interaction I’ve had this year. Fast forward to last week, and I noticed that the same position I applied for was reopened. I thought maybe it was with a different team, but when the recruiter called, she mentioned it was actually for the same team! 🤔 She didn’t reference my previous experience, just claimed I was a "perfect candidate" and they had made a tough decision. Here’s where it gets confusing: she promised that I’d only need one more interview with the manager since I had... Should I Trust a Reinterview After Being Ghosted for Months?
