Social media deeply impacts our mental health. It can fuel anxiety, depression, and FOMO (fear of missing out), especially in teens and young adults. Filters create false illusions, and constant exposure to highlight reels can lower self-esteem. To improve your relationship with social media, set time limits, prioritize in-person connections, and engage in fulfilling activities outside your phone. At Impact Consulting, we support new regulations to promote safe and mental health; we always care about providing healthful and insightful content to our customers and partners.
