Navigating through the nuances of effective teaching, our Train the Trainer session empowered leaders to elevate their training strategies and inspire lasting impact. The Train the Trainer program was dedicated to making the trainers understand the curriculum and the pedagogy they have to follow while conducting sessions. This Training has been really impactful for me as it was the first time I was addressing the audience equally knowledgeable. Before the delivery I was stressed about what if I won’t be able to answer the queries well, what if I would make blunder anywhere. However, the resilience in believe I had in myself made me conquer the fear and helped in smooth conduct of TTT. Narrating one’s process is not the same as training. Performing one’s act on stage is not the same as teaching. A teacher or trainer should be evaluated on their facilitation of durable learning - not just on how entertaining they are. Although it can be a big help - their impact on the student’s competence should be more of a measuring stick than their charisma.
