We believe it is important to get a baseline before classes. Before we begin our curriculum we like to do a cold hit to set a baseline. This allows us to tailor the training and give the team a custom fit to their needs. Training should be malleable for every team. Not everyone will set the same baseline.

Remember there is a difference between them Teaching: imparts knowledge and wisdom. Learning: is a lifelong process of acquiring knowledge and skills. Training: focuses on practical skills needed for specific jobs or tasks. #Training #learning #teaching #development
