Here is to 2025! The year of #transformation and #GenAI that we at GDEV Inc. ($GDEV) are very much looking for!   2024 marked the third consecutive year of significant headwinds in #Gaming – revenue stagnation, intensifying competition, rising costs (in particular for user acquisition), and pressure on profitability. After years of exceptional growth, the market is maturing and entering a new phase, while GenAI explosion is fundamentally changing how things have been done here. This transition demands a complete reassessment of how we operate.   Looking ahead, several critical questions need addressing:   1.     Most fundamentally - how to best leverage #GenAI, making it a competitive advantage? It’s growing at pace and scale unseen before, transforming creativity, decision-making, and cost structure, while being accessible to literally everyone.   2.     How to keep growing and bringing distinctive #games that capture attention in an increasingly saturated market where “everything seems invented”?   3.     How to bring more science and predictability to the #creative process, moving beyond current low success rates after long, expensive development cycles?   4.     How to adapt to new reality and protect #profitability to further fuel growth?   5.     And finally, through all this transformation, how to engage and upskill key #talent?     2025 will definitely be anything but boring.
