🎉 InterviewPlanner has been acquired by Gem! It’s been quite the journey with Pallavi Delgado, from the early days of realizing that there was space for a better, more customizable interview scheduling tool, to building out a fully-fledged tool that’s used by teams all over the world. We made the tough decision early on to start lean as a self-funded, 2-person team, and while that required us to go a bit slower, it allowed us to be very deliberate about the features that we built, the customers that we took on, and the company that we wanted to build. It’s a completely different experience compared to starting a VC-backed company, but it was incredibly valuable and helped shape the platform that so many people love so much. I want to give a huge thank you to everyone who helps us get here, including those in the early days that allowed us to conduct market research and provide foundational feedback on how we should structure the platform, the customers that took a chance on us in the early days as we committed to grow and listen to their needs as they evolved as well, and all the advisors, consultants, mentors, and friends who have given us immense support throughout the entire process.
