We’ve only addressed ~30% of the primary research market… Talk to customers → Understand their problems → Ship product Every time we release a new feature we drive up our usage — we’ve pretty much doubled since the last update at the end of June BUT…. We’re about to make this look tiny. Over the last few weeks we've been exploring qualitative analysis at scale. Through conversations with key customers we uncovered 3 massive underserved needs here, specifically researchers needed a tool that… 1/ Works well on chat and multimedia surveys 2/ Enables consolidation rather than extension of their stack 3/ Performs accurately on complex domain content like B2B and Pharma We launched a test in the form of a teaser page and the results were pretty unanimous. Over 90% of our customers expressed an interest in getting access to this… One innovation lead even asked us to disable the page to reduce the number of requests being sent to procurement — sorry! Anyway… We built open ended survey analysis and the first version is awesome. But we’re looking for even more feedback! If anyone can tag or intro to quant teams who... - Use lots of open ended surveys or - Are actively experimenting with or using chatbots or - Do either of the above in B2B or Healthcare We’d love to chat to you 🫵
