➡️ The Ask >> Share ideas for a *free* impactful women's leadership event! (Details below my rant.) 📣 When your rights, your family's integrity and safety, and even your career can be decided by the government, that's as personal as it gets. 📣 As a woman, lesbian, wife, girl mom, resident of FL, and a million other labels... I am FEELING this on a torturous soul level. I am already lacking the emotional energy to formulate coherent thoughts on the sad, infuriating turn of events in our country in just seven days, so I'm seeking as many things that I can control as possible to make an impact. ➡️ The Catalyst ⬅️ Last week I saw a post from a woman in leadership on the government level who had a women's leadership conference canceled on the heels of the horrendous DEI rollbacks. ➡️ The Action ⬅️ I am a speaker/trainer by trade. Leadership is my speciality and empowering women is a true passion of mine. I want to create and run a workshop series for women in leadership where we can come together, empower and inspire one another, and learn along the way. I can certainly come up with this agenda and focus on what I think is important. But I want to offer this (💰for free - I am NOT looking to profit off of this 💰) and I want it to be something that *other* women will actually find valuable. 💖 The Ask 💖 (Yes - differentiated with heart emojis because our hearts are a 💪 SUPERPOWER 💪, not a weakness!) If you are interested in co-creating, co-leading, attending, or some combo thereof, tell me what you want! (Also tell me if you sang that last phrase. 🎶) Start with... - Topics to cover - Messages to share/reinforce - Logistics (date, length, times, etc.) And then feel free to add anything else to the convo to help bring this to life! ➡️ Tag, share -- all the things to give this legs, get insights, and get this into action ASAP. 🔥 I truly believe that a group of fired up, intelligent, driven women are UNSTOPPABLE. 🔥 It is WAY past time that we actually DO THIS and make an impact. #ConnectionRevolution

Our Client Success Director, Kate Woodward, recently reflected on her experience at the Women in Business roundtable. Surrounded by an inspiring group of women, the session was packed with valuable lessons on personal and professional growth. Kate shared key insights: -Know your passions and stay clear on what drives you -Advocate for others - it can boost your confidence when self-advocacy feels challenging -Step outside your comfort zone consistently and stay persistent -When influencing and persuading, “Push on the open doors; the others will open in time” -Recognise and celebrate both your achievements and those of others to encourage collaboration and shared success -Embrace your unique qualities as strengths, even when they feel like challenges. Kate’s reflections underline how vulnerability, true resilience, collaboration, authenticity and celebrating others’ achievements are essential for creating transformational cultures where people thrive. #WomenInBusiness #Leadership #ProfessionalGrowth #Empowerment

Recently, Uma Thana Balasingam shared some personal stories that hit home—moments of uncertainty and the powerful lessons she drew from them. She challenged me to rethink how I approach #resilience and self-leadership, and here’s what stuck with me: ✨ 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘃𝘀. 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 Following the rules isn’t always the answer. Curiosity can turn even the mundane into a chance to grow. 🔥 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝘃𝘀. 𝗥𝗲𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Not all challenges are threats. What if they’re raw materials for transformation? 💡 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘃𝘀. 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 Standing out fades; creating lasting impact doesn’t. Strive to serve, not just to shine. I had the opportunity to attend this talk at the Women in Product Singapore summit last week. It was a day well spent with inspiring people. #womeninproduct #productmanagement #leadership
