With the European #AIAct the EU is introducing the world's first supranational legislation on the regulation of #artificialintelligence. It aims to control the risks of the increasing use of #AI, while simultaneously providing guidelines that allow the sustainable development of artificial intelligence in a manner that prioritises safety for fundamental rights. Our legal colleague Dr. Nicolas M. Sonder has launched an initiative to support the #publicsector in analysing the impact of the EU AI Act as well approaches for third countries to set up their own AI regulation based on the AI Act.
