Understanding the importance of the short field trip done 2 years ago for the region. The meeting held in Tbilisi was a good opportunity to understand the geology of the region and to adapt oil exploration to surrounding areas. Could there be areas in eastern Türkiye and the Western Caucasus that are as important as the discoveries at sea in terms of hydrocarbon exploration? The answer to this question should be crucial in both countries. thanks again Paolo Pace PhD CGeol FGS CPG EurGeol and 54th CEEC

🌍 MultiMiner Engaging the Next Generation of Geoscientists! On Tuesday, 10th December, the Student Chapter of the Society of Economic Geologists (SEG) in Athens visited the Hellenic Survey of Geology & Mineral Exploration (H.S.G.M.E.) Survey of Geology and Mineral Exploration (HSGME) for an exciting workshop. During the event, Dr Marianthi Anastasatou presented HSGME’s role in the MultiMiner project, showcasing the power of combining ground-based data with Earth Observation (EO) and Remote Sensing technologies for mineral exploration. The focus? Our work at the Kallyntiri site in Northern Greece—a key location where MultiMiner is pushing forward innovative, sustainable methods for discovering critical raw materials. We’re proud to contribute to knowledge-sharing and to inspire young geoscientists to explore the potential of advanced technologies in modern mining. 🌱 👏 A huge thanks to HSGME for hosting this session and for highlighting the groundbreaking work being done through MultiMiner. 🔗 Learn more about our project here: www.multiminer.eu #Geoscience #MineralExploration #EarthObservation #SustainableMining #MultiMiner #SEG #HSGME

https://lnkd.in/gPEFazRM This is a very worthwhile listen on the philosophy of mineral exploration. Discoveries are made off the map where old cartographers used to draw dragons and krakens, in the unknown, unmeasured, undrilled and up until the moment of discovery unprospective.

🔍 A standout example of geophysics in action: a survey where multiple datasets—each aligning with surface geochemistry and established geological features—come together seamlessly, enhancing decision-making in exploration and refining drill targets. This project highlights the power of Ambient Noise Tomography (ANT) in adding new dimensions to drill target understanding. By integrating ANT with other geophysical techniques, we unlocked deeper insights that support precise decision-making in exploration. A real testament to how advanced geophysical tools, combined with drillhole data, can drive smarter, more targeted exploration strategies! 🦶 I found the “Bigfoot” in Arizona! Deep within the data, there was an intriguing central image that looked exactly like the legendary “Bigfoot.” Thanks to Ambient Noise Tomography (ANT), another mystery solved through the power of geophysics! 😁
Discover how ExoSphere’s end-to-end mineral exploration solution delivers new insights into porphyry copper deposits at the Silver Mountain Project. “The recent 3D seismic survey at our Silver Mountain Project has been a resounding success, significantly enhancing our geological understanding and propelling the project to a top priority for exploration activities. While historical indicators suggested the potential for large mineralised systems at Silver Mountain, younger rock cover hampered our ability to pinpoint deeper targets. The new seismic data has effectively unlocked this geological potential.” – Tim Mason, CEO of Eagle Mountain Download the project summary to learn more: https://hubs.la/Q02XRGfJ0

Here's how data speak volumes: This time the big news comes from Aura Minerals Inc! Their latest update highlights significant progress across several promising projects, including Honduras, Colombia, and Brazil. 📍 Key Highlights: -𝗜𝗻 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘀: 83.2 g/t Au over 4.4 meters from surface at the Almas project. -𝗜𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗮: Broad zones of mineralization with multiple gold intercepts that signal strong growth potential at Tolda Fría. -𝗜𝗻 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗹: Promising copper-gold discoveries that continue to strengthen the Company’s overall resource base. We had the privilege of designing all the 5 figures featured, that bring this story to life. From drill cross-sections to geophysical interpretations, our figures bridge the gap between technical detail and intuitive clarity. We focused on highlighting key mineralized zones and integrating historical and recent drill data, to ensure the key insights —𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲, 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹— are clear, compelling, and actionable for decision-makers. Data isn’t just about numbers—it’s about creating confidence and clarity in the opportunity ✨ . 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺'𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗙𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗲 5. Its technical complexity made it a rewarding challenge, and we’re proud of how it clearly showcases the project's mineral potential, helping investors see the full opportunity at a glance. ↘️ Which one you like more? Magnetite is common in IOCG and porphyry minerals systems, but not all magnetite contains copper. Distinguishing between copper-bearing and copper-poor magnetite-rich bodies is a challenge for geophysical exploration. Discover how we’re partnering with Power Nickel to tackle this using ExoSphere’s real-time Ambient Noise Tomography (ANT). As part of the ExoSphere end-to-end mineral exploration workflow, ANT enhances subsurface imaging and improves exploration outcomes by providing 3D images of the subsurface that can be integrated with other geological data to de-risk exploration.
