From identifying top talent to partnering with teams to drive growth, this year has reinforced one key belief: People are the heart of every organization’s success. This year, we’ve: ✅ Connected with extraordinary professionals across diverse industries ✅ Partnered with hiring managers to build teams that drive innovation ✅ Leveraged new tools and strategies to streamline hiring processes ✅ Celebrated countless “You’re hired!” moments that changed lives Talent acquisition isn’t just about filling roles; it’s about creating meaningful matches between organizations and individuals, ensuring both thrive together. Korn Ferry’s 11th Annual Talent Acquisition Trends Report: Key Insights for 2025 As we move into 2025, the talent landscape is evolving fast! Korn Ferry's latest report, based on insights from over 400 talent professionals globally, highlights key trends shaping workforce dynamics: - AI’s Growing Pains: While AI is poised to play a major role in talent strategies, concerns about human connection, algorithmic bias, and inaccuracies still linger. The key? Blending AI with personalization to enhance recruitment. - Hybrid 360: 76% of companies have adopted hybrid work, but 64% of talent leaders face challenges finding candidates willing to work in-office. Flexibility is a critical factor for retention and success. - Skills-Based Hiring: Despite the growing demand for skills-based hiring, many leaders struggle to define roles and reskill recruiters. Only 17% plan to implement skills-based models in 2025. - EVP Matters More Than Ever: Culture and employer value proposition (EVP) are crucial for recruitment, but delivering on those promises is key to preventing turnover. - Learning & Development: A huge retention opportunity! 67% of employees say they’d stay with a company offering upskilling and growth opportunities, but only 30% of companies currently provide clear career paths. Key Takeaway: In 2025, leaders who balance technology with human connection, and invest in employee development, will attract, retain, and develop top talent while mitigating risk. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/eEcJkPzF #TalentAcquisition #Leadership #AI #HybridWork #EmployeeRetention #SkillsBasedHiring #LearningAndDevelopment #HRTrends
