**EEPro Granted Construction Permit for 2 MWp Solar Project in Niederaula, Hesse**   EEPro has received the construction permit for a 2 MWp solar project located along the ICE railway line in Niederaula, Hesse. The European Commission is offering 𝟴𝟱 𝗻𝗲𝘁-𝘇𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 a share of €4.8 billion ($5.2 billion) in grants from the latest round of the 𝗘𝗨 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱. Some of the projects will contribute to 3 GW of new solar manufacturing capacity. The total represents the largest amount designated since the inception of the fund in 2020, taking the total amount of support to €12 billion to date 💡 These projects were chosen from a 2023 call for proposals that received 337 applications, with 283 deemed eligible and evaluated. We’re pleased to be leading the development of the 100 megawatt Winton North Solar Farm and 200MWh battery project. It’s located in central Victoria about 230 km northeast of Melbourne, and 22km southwest of Wangaratta and will generate enough clean #renewableenergy to power around 40,000 homes. The project will be built on a 300 hectare site and help create about 250 jobs during peak construction.
