GI DESIGN CO.’s Post

First and foremost, a wall needed to be broken, and in our script, this wall was to be shattered by a successful dancer determined to break all cycles. After breaking free from the cycle, the dancer would grab their shoes from inside one of our favorite products, ALPE XL, and walk off the stage. To achieve this, we had to create a circular chamber where a person could dance comfortably. The film needed to be shot from three different angles (top, side, inside). 3D compositions were prepared, and we had to align the dancer’s measurements with the chamber’s dimensions, find a location where this chamber could be placed, and secure a studio with a ceiling at least 7 meters high to get the top shot, which was extremely difficult in the area we were filming. Then came the filming stage, where we had to capture the moment the wall broke perfectly in one take, as the broken piece couldn’t be reused, and the most crucial part of the film wouldn’t look its best. During the trial shots, one of us even lay on the ground to hold the wall and protect it from damage, repeating the process until the final scene. We initially thought that the most enjoyable and challenging part of our work would be coming up with an original idea that expressed ourselves, but we hadn’t realized that bringing this idea to life would be just as enjoyable and challenging. But we did it. 🙌 We’re very happy. 🤗
