Honestly, I can’t stress enough how much I wouldn’t recommend using giffgaff in Birmingham—it's honestly rubbish and feels like you're stuck in the Stone Age when it comes to network quality! Like, I’ve tried to send a couple of messages on WhatsApp just to keep in touch with my mates, and it’s like playing a game of “Will It or Won't It?” Seriously, it’s more frustrating than trying to cook a fancy meal when you have zero culinary skills. Plus, don’t even get me started on Facebook and Messenger; it’s as if giffgaff said, “You know what? Let’s just make social media a dead zone!” I found myself relying on the Wi-Fi from Costa just to avoid ripping my hair out. Imagine sitting there, sipping a coffee that’s probably overpriced, but hey, at least I can chat with my friends without losing my temper over a poor connection. If you're in Birmingham and thinking about giffgaff, trust me when I say you'd be better off using the networks invented by cavemen—they might actually serve you better!

I would be more proud if you have a customer service that functioned for your customers. Why is it so bad?
