Good afternoon. My name is IVA Gruber. I'm an interventional cardiologist. University of Bonn. And I'm honored and pleased to be here at this meeting. There's no question that GIS is an important meeting in emerging markets and medical device therapies. It is amazing the progress that we see over the last couple of years, for example, as compared to the United States, to South America or even to Europe. It seems to be that it, particularly in Europe, things are stagnant, if not reducing. This is definitely a market that needs to be considered to be important and therefore I'm very happy, very proud that I have been invited. I've attended the sessions this morning. It was entertaining, interesting, excellent panelists, very good life cases and expert opinions that have been shared. No question this market will be more important in the future and I still hope there will be able to be part of it. So thank you very much, the organizers, their participants over the friendship over the last couple of years. Thank you very much.

An interesting #CNA (cardioneuroablation) case. We performed RFA on the left and right atrial GPs. We had to perform the procedure under V pace due to very long pause attacks. I've never seen such a long pause attack almost 40 msec.
