The top contributor to a positive sense of community is neighbors respecting community rules (66%), according to Multifamily Dive's recent findings. 🏠🤝 Ensuring clean pet areas and organized trash collection also plays a crucial role in shaping residents' perceptions of a property. Additionally, community spaces designed for gathering with neighbors (mentioned by one-third of respondents) and social events to meet neighbors and the community team (highlighted by nearly one-quarter) are key drivers of positive community sentiment. 🌟 Furthermore, 9% of respondents expressed interest in opportunities to contribute to positive social change within their neighborhood, showing a desire for community engagement beyond traditional amenities. 🌍💬 #CommunityLiving #ResidentEngagement #TenantExperience
