Every guest who joins 𝘔𝘰𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘓𝘢𝘣 gets asked the same question: “𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩’𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙚?” Not because we’re looking for some secret hack, but because how you start your day tells us everything about how you show up for life. This week, Ryan R. Sullivan gave us the lowdown on his simple, no-frills approach: - Wake up. - Meditate. - Write or handle sales for 3 focused hours. - Coffee. Water. No distractions. Here’s what stood out: it’s not about the 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘴. It’s about consistency. You don’t need ice baths or an Instagram-worthy ritual. You need a system that works for 𝘺𝘰𝘶—and the commitment to stick with it. So, what’s your morning routine? Better yet—how’s it working for you?

Do you want to appreciate the time you got or remember to spend it wiser? Here’s a method I use to do that: - Close your eyes and take some deep breaths - Picture yourself in the very last part of your life. You’re worn out, no more energy and taking your last breaths. - Think back of all the things you’ve done. The people you meet. The places you went and experiences you’ve had. - Now think of all your regrets. There were so many plans that you missed. Places you didn’t go. Words you were too late to tell people and opportunities that you didn’t take. And now it’s too late. - open your eyes. Whatever popped up in your mind when thinking about regrets, congratulations you still got time to do it. We can only waste time when we have it. This helps me as reminder to focus on the things that matter. Happy Monday y’all

Happy Wednesday! It's the middle of the week and you may be running out of steam but hold on and keep going because the weekend is only 2 days away! Ways to rejuvenate in the middle of the week: 1. Take a long hot bath or do some other form of self-care that you find uplifting. 2. Set aside some evening time to read an inspiring book or watch an inspirational video. 3. Cook yourself an indulgent meal, eat slowly and enjoy all the texture and flavor of your food in a quiet relaxing atmosphere. Try candlelight, with some easy listening music in the background! 4. Put on your favorite music and dance or work out with weights or resistance bands. Get those endorphins flowing! 5. Talk with a friend you haven't chatted with in a while. Call a relative you haven't seen in a while, or send a nice card with a letter to a family member you miss and don't get to see often. 6. Get out and enjoy nature with a quick hike or walk around the neighborhood. Better yet, get out that old dusty bike and take a ride! 7. Write a list of all the things you want to do for fun or to accomplish this weekend! These are just a few ideas. What do you do to get over the mid-week doldrums?

🌟 People Love to Ask Me About My Phone 🌟 Specifically the checkout people at Costco. “How’d you get your phone in black in white?” I told the nice woman how. “Is it less addictive?” I told her it was. She told me her screen time was over 8 hours a day. I said it might be worth a try. Costco employees aren’t the only people who ask me about my phone. Everybody who sees my screen seems shocked. They’ve figured out how to do a thousand different things with their phone except make it less addictive. After I explain what I did and how I did it people usually say the same thing. “I should probably do that.” But they don’t. There was a moment when I realized the colors on my phone were more vibrant than those in real life and that was a bad feeling. Five years ago I changed it to black and white and it was the greatest phone decision I ever made. ➡️ Scrolling is boring ➡️ Black and white isn’t a distraction ➡️ My phone has become a tool again It feels weird at first but then you adapt. You realize how often you pick up your phone and immediately put it down because it’s not giving you a dopamine hit. The world becomes colorful again. Looking for more tips like this? Food for thought… When a flashlight grows dim or quits working, do you just throw it away? Of course not; you charge or change the batteries. When someone messes up or finds themselves in a dark place, do you cast them aside? Of course not; you help them charge or change their batteries. Some need AA (attention & affection); some need AAA (attention, affection & acceptance); some need C (compassion); some need D (direction). And if they still don’t seem to shine? You simply sit with them quietly & share your light.

Envision a world in which the smallest, purest action of kindness creates an influence on life after life and makes more and more goodness bloom. When one helps someone without expecting some kind of reward, it sparks that inner human spark and lights those dark corners. It is planting seeds of compassion knowing well that sometime soon they are going to grow, develop, and bloom-not just for us, but for thousands of people more. Kindness is the invisible string that binds us all; weaving the tapestry of our experiences and unexpected joys. Go ahead, and spread kindness like confetti, because in this world that's so deeply connected, even the little things can come back in beautiful ways. ????????
Carry out a random act of kindness, with no expectation of reward, safe in the knowledge that one day someone might do the same for you.
