👷♀️In 2019, our global gender survey found the share of women in administration jobs in the wind sector is 35%. Admin holds the highest share of women representation out of all occupations within the industry. While this is an achievement, there's still a lot of work to do to ensure each occupation and occupational activity acclimate to even better gender ratios in the future. Measures to address barriers and promote gender equality in the wind sector include: 🌍 Networking 🙆 Mentoring 🧰 Training 📝 Improving workplace practices and policies 🚀 Mainstreaming gender perspectives GWEC is eager for the entire wind industry to contribute to the IRENA's Global Gender Survey, ensuring voices from across the industry are involved will help us deliver findings that will help the industry meet its ambition to ensure the renewables sector is a champion of diversity and a just transition. 🔦 Who Can Participate?
