Here are a few simple takeaways from various sessions from the 3 day event: 𝐄𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: Data Analytics Critical Thinking Effective Communication Continuous Improvement 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Many leaders never intended to take on leadership roles; they were identified and tapped for these positions without any experience. Organizations need to enhance their training programs to better equip leaders for success. It fosters trust and engagement within teams. 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞 Supply chain leaders have the opportunity and responsibility to create value within their organizations.
