A new group mentorship opportunity for practice managers and assistant practice managers is available from the PCB's GP Excellence Programme. Starting in January 2025, there will be two cohorts running over four sessions covering time management, finance, HR challenges and building resilience. The training is suitable for new practice managers, practice managers who have recently returned from maternity leave or long-term sickness and assistant practice managers (with a succession plan in place to become PM within 18 months). The training course is being delivered by the GP Excellence Programme in collaboration with experienced trainer Luan Stewart.
