At Tryft, we’re addressing a critical yet often-overlooked challenge of managing inventory obsolescence in supply chains, with a strong focus on the Life Sciences industry. This isn’t just about minimizing waste or cutting losses – Tryft is redefining obsolescence as a strategic opportunity. By introducing visibility and observability into aging inventory, we help businesses proactively manage stock, recover value, and unlock new revenue streams that would otherwise go unnoticed. Rather than viewing obsolete inventory as a sunk cost, Tryft empowers organizations to turn it into a competitive advantage, driving efficiency while maximizing the lifecycle of assets and products. In this new chapter, I’ll be leading the charge to build and scale a Customer Success function that plays a pivotal role in driving client growth and long-term success. Taplio has been the best job I ever did in my life, But now, I will be leaving it. Here's the story, About two and half year ago, I joined Taplio as the 2nd hire. Two years later, here we are, → Industry leading tool for LinkedIn → Went from 0 to 8M$ ARR during that time → 3xed my own audience (mostly in last year) → Growing to 10,000+ users on Taplio & TH → Got acquired by lempire for exit I will now be leaving the Taplio team. I have done many jobs but this was the best one I ever did. Working with Tibo and Tom was incredible learning experience. ⦾ Key Learnings: → Building Genuine Connections: Relationships are everything. They’ve shaped my journey and growth. → Adaptability Is Key: The digital landscape is ever-changing. Staying adaptable has been crucial. → Value Creation Over Output: Quality and impact over quantity every time. → Team Collaboration: Success is a team effort. Six months have flown by since I joined HubBox. Reflecting on this exciting journey so far, I’m grateful for the growth, challenges, and opportunities that have come my way. A few key takeaways so far: 🚀 Collaboration is Key: Working with great colleagues and partners has shown me the immense power of collaboration. Together, we’re not only enhancing the customer experience but also driving innovation and opening up new opportunities within the industry. 🎯 Growth Through Learning: Every day is a learning opportunity. From deepening my understanding of our product offering to finding new ways to add value to our partner relationships, continuous learning has been central to my success in this role. 💡 Adaptability is Essential: The e-commerce landscape is constantly evolving, and staying agile is crucial.
