How can Sales Trainings be made more effective? Curiously making them easy doesn’t help as much as making them harder! A Harvard Business Review insight article by Jeff Winters lists 4 training methods that raise the bar on Sales Trainings, but make them way more effective: 1. Include Sales Leaders in practice sessions 2. Make practice harder than the sale itself 3. Practice the entire sales cycle, not just the first call 4.
