And, while customer mindsets are similar, selling a car requires a completely different mindset from selling a healthy drink. So, this is the homework that a trainer needs to do: 1. Understand the product/ service 2. Understand the value it provides 3. Be able to make a proper profile of the ideal customer 4. Customize the training plan based on all these variables 5.
