Grace & Green’s Post

Too many people are left with more questions than answers about their own periods. For too long, menstrual health education has skimmed the surface, leaving older generations in the dark and young people confused. Basic biology is just the start, but we need to get real about the complexities of periods because no two are the same. Every student deserves to understand not only what happens during a period but how their bodies evolve over time, with the tools to identify pain levels, conditions and advocate for their health. That’s where our Period Dignity scheme steps in. We’re here to ensure students feel fully prepared, not just for now but for every stage of their journey ahead.
