This system included the following: 👉 100MM 30:1 Extruder 👉 2x 3.5” 30:1 Extruder 👉 4.5” 30:1 Extruder 👉 3x 2” 30:1 Extruder Other details: 👉 9-layer feed-block 👉 42” Extrusion Die 👉 Material included, but not limited to - HIPS, PP, HDPE/LDPE, EVOH 👉 Both virgin material and regrind 👉 XSL Navigator® Control System #Sustainability #SheetExtrusion #Extruders #Extrusion #ManufacturingInnovation #ExtrusionTechnology #IndustrialEngineering #MaterialsScience #ProductionLine #PlasticIndustry #InnovativeDesign #Industry40 #AdvancedManufacturing #ProductDevelopment #EfficiencyGoals #ProcessOptimization #TechnologyIntegration #SmartManufacturing #SustainableProduction #MaterialHandling #QualityControl #ProjectShowcase
