Final Steps: From Curing to Shipping 📦✈ Here’s how we complete the process: 8. Demolding & Curing Once the polyurethane has solidified and reached a minimum strength, the mold is removed. The material, now solid, undergoes curing and/or post-curing to achieve its final properties. This involves conditioning at specific temperatures and times based on the PU type. 9. Finishing The product is perfected in the machining department. Rolls can be finished with cylindrical or crowned surfaces, various groove patterns, and specific surface roughness levels. 10. Packing & Control We conduct a final quality control and package the products appropriately. 11. Shipping The finished products are then shipped to our valued customers. Mold Setup: A mold designed specifically for the hexagonal large-leaf steel wire seal is set up in the machine. Injection: Molten plastic is injected into the mold under high pressure. Cooling: The mold is cooled to solidify the plastic, forming the desired shape. Ejection: Once the plastic has cooled and solidified, the mold opens, and the part is ejected.

What Problems Will Occur in Processing of Cold #Extrusion #Press https://lnkd.in/gSjebbJ7 #coldextrusionpress #coldforgingpress #hydraulicpress During the processing of cold extrusion press, the following problems may occur: 1. the mold problem Mold wear: Due to the large friction between the metal blank and the die during cold extrusion, it is easy to cause die wear. Mold wear will affect the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of parts, reducing the service life of the mold. Mold rupture: During the cold extrusion process, the mold is subjected to tremendous pressure, and if the mold is not strong enough or the design is not reasonable, it is easy to rupture. A cracked mold will not only damage the equipment, but also affect the production schedule. Elastic deformation of the mold: When the mold is subjected to greater pressure, elastic deformation may occur. The elastic deformation of the mold will lead to a decrease in the dimensional accuracy of the part, which will affect the product quality. ......... In order to avoid these problems, in the processing of cold extrusion press, it is necessary to select the appropriate die material and structure, optimize the extrusion process parameters, ensure the normal operation of the equipment, and strengthen the quality control of the production process.

The mold is a hollow metal block into which the molten plastic is injected from a fixed shape. Although they are not illustrated in the figure below, there are actually many holes drilled in the block for controlling the temperature through hot water, oil or heaters. The molten plastic flows into the mold through the gate and fills the cavity through the runner and gate. Then, after the cooling process, the mold is opened and the ejector pin of the injection molding machine pushes the ejector plate of the mold to further eject the molded product. #kayoumould #plasticmold #automotive #tooling #injectiontooling #injectionmold #precisionmold #highquality #competitiveprice #Tooling factory #professional cleaingRobot #handholdScaner #outdoorbattery# bella@kayoumold.com www.kayouplasticmould.com

This is a cold runner Plastic Mould for unscrewing mould made by TPU material. The mold steel is 718. Mold life reach at least 500,000 cycles. The selection of TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) material is an important link in mold making. TPU material has good elasticity, wear resistance and weather resistance, allowing the mold to maintain stable shape and performance during use. In addition, TPU materials also have excellent processing properties and can meet complex mold structure design and manufacturing requirements. The manufacturing accuracy and surface quality of the mold are also key factors affecting the performance and life of the mold. In order to ensure the accuracy and surface quality of the mold, advanced processing equipment and process technology are used to ensure that each component of the mold can be accurately manufactured and assembled. At the same time, special treatment on the surface of the mold can improve its wear resistance and corrosion resistance, thereby extending the service life of the mold. #hongkeplasticmould #plasticmold #Injectionmold

Wet wrapping is the process of making composite material by hand-wrapping fiberglass cloth around a mandrel or shaped mandrel, while applying resin. While being more labor-intensive, it is ideal for parts with low mechanical loads or parts that have thicker cross-sections.
