Our GRC team members, friends and family joined over 2,000 amazing supporters taking part in this years' Walk for Awareness. This was our opportunity to show support for one of our own and his family who have sadly been impacted by suicide and to help raise mental health awareness. It was a powerful display of camaraderie and support from our team (including those who joined us virtually) and a great morning soaking in the sunshine and spectacular views of our beautiful city. Thank you to all those who participated! #GRCandMe #GRCQuantitySurveyors #WFA #WalkForAwareness

Today is #WorldSuicidePreventionDay! This year's International Association for Suicide Prevention theme is "Changing the Narrative". Let's commit to having open and honest discussions about mental health and suicide. By starting conversations, we can: • Break down barriers and raise awareness • Check in with friends and loved ones • Share personal stories • Advocate for mental health resources and support services Every conversation, no matter how small, plays a significant role in building a more compassionate and supportive society. Together, we can make a difference. #ChangingTheNarrative #StartTheConversation #MentalHealthMatters #IPHQatar

🟠 𝗜𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘂𝘀! I feel very strongly about mental health, and today I had the privilege of attending an insightful online seminar promoted by #SyensqoLisbon in honor of World Suicide Prevention Day (celebrated Sept 10) titled Speak Up: Saving Lives Through Conversations. This was an important reminder of the importance of caring for one another, recognizing signs, and initiating meaningful conversations about how can we support others. Sometimes, a simple "Are you okay?" (or some variants of the question) can make all the difference and create an open conversation where we support each other! Be present, listen, and reassure your fellow humans navigating this open space that is our world - sometimes that's enough.🟠 #SyensqoLisbon #Syensqo #MentalHealthAwareness #SupportEachOther #StartTheConversation
