🟠 𝗜𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘂𝘀! I feel very strongly about mental health, and today I had the privilege of attending an insightful online seminar promoted by #SyensqoLisbon in honor of World Suicide Prevention Day (celebrated Sept 10) titled Speak Up: Saving Lives Through Conversations. This was an important reminder of the importance of caring for one another, recognizing signs, and initiating meaningful conversations about how can we support others. Sometimes, a simple "Are you okay?" (or some variants of the question) can make all the difference and create an open conversation where we support each other!
