I so agree with this statement. We need enabling conditions and care to turn the potential in agric into real opportunities. We each could think of ways to achieve this. I see some ways could include; access to capital; governance, advanced agric education, exposure into what can be possible for the agric sector in Africa.... and placing young and well informed talents with agric interest into the sector to unlock innovation.
