Brisbane’s Portside Wharf and adjoining development sites for sale - CBRE CBRE’s James Douglas, Joe Tynan and Michael Hedger have been appointed to market Portside Wharf for sale, together with CRBE colleagues Trent Hobart and Will Carman marketing two adjacent development sites for sale. Global investment firm Brookfield is moving to capitalise on Queensland’s strong economy and increased investor activity in the Brisbane CBD with the sale of the high-profile Portside Wharf retail precinct and two adjacent development sites. Oxfordshire's Roadside Real Estate plc pivots from pubs 🛣️🍻 Oxfordshire-based Roadside Real Estate has relinquished its leases on three pubs, all owned by Wiltshire family brewery Arkell's Brewery. Leases on The Bull Hotel in Fairford, The Rose and Crown at Ashbury and the Eliot Arms in South Cerney have now been terminated for nil cost. However, Barkby Pub Co, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Roadside Real Estate, has retained the freehold for The Coach & Horses at Chiselhampton near Oxford and has granted a lease to PS91 Hospitality, which has also assumed responsibility for the Arkell's pubs. What's Happening in #Tampa / #StPete: A mixed-use development in the works in West #Bradenton has landed Publix Super Markets Inc. as an anchor for its retail village! SeaFlower spans 1,175 acres, bordered by Cortez Road West on the north, IMG Academy on the east, 86th Street to the west and El Conquistador Parkway to the south. At full buildout, the development will include 4,000 #residential units, 600 #apartments, 250 #hotel rooms and 350,000 square feet of #commercial space. Its #retail development, known as SeaFlower Village Center, will be anchored by a 50,000-square-foot Publix Super Markets store. The deal includes a separate, adjacent Publix Liquors store. SeaFlower Village Center is part of the first phase of the development, which spans 400 acres west of 75th Street West and south of Cortez Road. Lake Flores Land Co. is the master #developer of SeaFlower in conjunction with its investment partner, LAMB Properties.
