IN THE NORTH, NEW ENERGY SECTOR IS THRIVING AND OPPORTUNITIES IN IT ALONG WITH IT ⚡ New Energy Career Event we co-organised took place this time last week. It was a great place for companies and job-seekers, professionals and students to connect. Lively discussions at the business market and inspiring presentations and workshops confirmed that the North of the Netherlands is a hub for developments towards a carbon-free future. It was apparent that a lot of energy knowledge is concentrated in this region! As we heard at the event - sustainable future is being enabled by the research, but it does not end there. It is the cross-section with the business community that can drive the innovations further and turn them into reality. And what we can happily report is that majority of attending companies indicated they have jobs suitable for internatonials. 🌐 👉 Are you looking for a job in the energy sector in the North? We're thrilled to announce our project partners for the fifth cohort of the Student Energy Career Training (SECT) program! 🌎⚡️These industry leaders will be instrumental in equipping our youth with the technical skills, interdisciplinary teamwork, and leadership abilities necessary to succeed in the energy sector. Today we are shouting out RFS Energy Consulting, a female-led sustainability consulting firm that works to support local and national greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction and climate adaptation efforts by pushing innovative research, concepts and plans into action and impact.
