**REGULATION UPDATE** MECP just confirmed landfilling amendment which restricts table 2.1 soil from going to landfills has been moved from Jan 1, 2025 to JAN 1, 2027. Endless reuse options for these soils qualities vs. Landfill - on another project, onsite, pit/quarry rehab, class 1 management etc… ALL other proposed amendments are still under review… stay tuned - oooo the suspense!!!
