Feeling Inspired After ISPO Munich! Just back from my trip to ISPO Munich, and I’m feeling completely inspired and invigorated for the future of Trail Bloom! This visit was a big step for me as a young brand. Going solo was definitely a bit nerve-wracking, but it turned out to be an exhilarating experience. I forgot just how much can come from meeting suppliers face-to-face—the conversations, the ideas, and the connections that you simply don’t get over email. On top of that, exploring a new country added a whole other layer of excitement. It’s amazing how stepping out of your comfort zone can fuel creativity and perspective. To anyone thinking about taking the leap into events like this, whether solo or not, I can’t recommend it enough. The energy and insights you gain are worth every moment of uncertainty. Excited to take what I’ve learned and bring it into the next chapter for Trail Bloom. Here’s to embracing challenges, learning, and growing along the way! Have you taken a leap like this recently? 📣 A few days have passed since the unique EBF Procurement Festival OSTRAVA ebizforum - nákupní festival event and the experience of being there is still fresh. Thank you very much for inviting Beata Gałuszka and Grzegorz Filipowski to host us on the stage. Attending such an exciting event was definitely worth it 👍 !    ✨ Together with my "partner in crime", Magdalena Mroczkowska, we talked about our experiences implementing changes that have been ongoing for more than three years in our PORR Polska procurement team. The topic seems exhausted, recurring like a mantra, yet it aroused great interest 🤛 !   The issues that have guided us in our journey in the area of procurement (and beyond) include: 👉 GROWING BUSINESS - finding the right way to support the company wisely 👉 BUILDING PARTNERSHIP - through openness and constructive dialogue 👉 PEOPLE - being together, defining common values  The change we went through happened during a pandemic, the outbreak of war in Ukraine, and other difficult economic conditions💡. We managed and took a big step forward by building individual and group ☘ RESILIENCE ☘ It is worth remembering that "Teamwork is the fuel that allows ordinary people to achieve extraordinary results" A.
