I have 2 good questions Tucker should ask Putin. First, which of the scenarios of abducting Ukrainian children is his favorite? 1. Killing the parents, and then they take the children to their territory; 2. Taking children from their biological family; separate children from their families during so-called filtering operations; 3. Creating conditions in the occupied territories that are unsuitable for a child's life, and then, as it were, offer parents to voluntarily send their children off for so-called rehabilitation or rest, from which they will not be returned home. The proliferation of mutual #hate_speech among the various parties to the conflict in #Yemen has encouraged these parties to commit numerous crimes against their political opponents. These crimes include enforced disappearance, arbitrary detention, torture, and killing. The escalation of hate speech against political parties has also contributed to the eradication of political pluralism in the country. Furthermore, the warring parties have gone so far as to criminalize and accuse their political adversaries of treason, subjecting many to unfair trials and illegal procedures that include false accusations, aiming to impose death sentences on them. The Supreme Court recently observed that when the court deals with a habeas corpus plea regarding a minor, it cannot treat the child as a movable property and transfer custody without even considering its impact on the kid. "Such issues cannot be decided mechanically. The court has to act based on humanitarian considerations. After all, the court cannot ignore the doctrine of parens patriae," a bench of Justices Abhay S Oka and Augustine George Masih said.
