A couple days ago, I wrote a post about a client organization where I've been coaching the cofounders for nine months, and they recently asked if I could put together a program to coach the other eight members of their leadership team. Why did they decide to offer coaching to all the leaders? First of all, the cofounders have seen tangible growth in their own leadership as a result of our coaching. Secondly, the two co-founders are more aligned with each other than they've ever been -- again in large part a result of our coaching sessions. Maybe most importantly, this company -- like many of the companies I work with -- is scaling incredibly quickly, and every member of the leadership team's roles and responsibilities are changing almost on a quarterly basis.
