So, how does the ECOyoke work? The ECOyoke is deployed to facilitate intelligent energy use. When connected to an external energy source (For example, a generator), the battery system charges to its limits extents. Once this is reached, the generator is stopped. The required system load is then provided from the battery array directly through the inverter system. Once the battery’s charge reaches a depleted state, the source power is restarted, providing the power required while dual supplying the battery system once again. This change of operation permits power only to be generated on a demand basis and limits the use of the source power/generator. This eliminates the generator operating inefficiently or running idle, burning diesel and money with no gain. In a recent episode of Sawayra, Inc. visits, I had the privilege of leading a detailed site survey focusing on optimizing our off-grid solar photovoltaic system. Here's a breakdown of our key tasks during this visit: 1. Site Layout Drawing: We meticulously measured the site to create accurate layout drawings, ensuring optimal placement of our solar infrastructure for maximum efficiency. 2. Earthing System Installation: Our team conducted precise measurements for the earthing system, mapping the path from earth pit to the main and earthing distribution boards, prioritizing safety and system integrity. 3. BESS Room Dimensioning: We focused on BESS room dimensions to design an efficient exhaust system, prioritizing safety and environmental sustainability in our approach. This survey provided invaluable insights into the site dynamics and reaffirmed our dedication to the zero-carbon mission of Sawayra, Inc. for a healthier environment. I'm excited about the progress and eager to share more updates soon! #RenewableEnergy #Sustainability #SiteSurvey #Solarpv #ZeroCarbonMission #GreenTechnology

We have a vibrant renewables division. I will say it’s hard to weed out the good and bad clients in this space- it’s also more competitive than it needs to be and harder to make money. Regardless- we are in it to win it. I don’t often post about our actual business/ mostly around our community support efforts…that because we are the best at Energy Infrastructure and we have plenty of business. We are growing per usual- and this beast needs to be fed. We want partners, not just a one time client. Except for Novitech/ we don’t staff business development people in our companies- it’s not necessary. Do you need engineering, management, construction, fabrication, consulting, inspection etc…one of our companies will have you covered. If you are the best and you need a different job- contact us- if you need a contractor that is service minded, aligns to you, best at what we do, and cares about the world and our people- contact us. It’s a win-win!
I’m Excited to share that together with our partners, Campos EPC has successfully completed the initial commissioning of a solar and battery storage project at the Easterly Wastewater Treatment Plant in Vacaville, California. This innovative project involved the seamless integration of combined photovoltaics, energy storage (BESS), utility interconnection, and backup generation electrical systems. The challenge was clear: develop and execute a plan to integrate, test, and commission four different power sources, all connecting at 12kV, while minimizing downtime for the water treatment plant. It was a high-stakes, exhilarating task, and we are thrilled with the outcome! I am very proud to have contributed to a project that enhances water sustainability for the community. At Campos, we embrace the toughest engineering challenges, aligning with our clients to deliver creative solutions for unique problems. Let us help you with your next project! Send me a message, and let's start working together today! #CamposEPC #EnergyIntegration #EngineeringExcellence #Microgrids #BESS #SolarPower #BackupGenerators #Sustainability #EnergyEfficiency #OurPeopleAreOurPower #ReshapeTheFuture

The initial full investment of the ground-mounted photovoltaic system is mainly composed of the cost of key equipment such as modules, inverters, brackets, cables, primary equipment, secondary equipment, etc., as well as land costs, grid access, construction and installation, and management expenses. Among them, the primary equipment includes box transformer, main transformer, switch cabinet, booster station (50MW, 110kV) and other equipment, and the secondary equipment includes monitoring, communication and other equipment. Land costs include land rent throughout the life cycle and vegetation restoration fees or related compensation costs; The cost of grid access only includes the transmission of 50MW, 110kV, and 10km of opposite-side transformation; Management expenses include pre-management, survey, design and bidding. The construction and installation costs are mainly labor costs, earthwork costs and conventional reinforced cement costs, etc., and there is little room for decline in the future. With the progress of technology and the benefits of scale, the cost of key equipment such as modules and inverters still has some room to decline. Grid connection, land, project pre-development costs and other non-technical costs, different regions and projects vary greatly, reducing non-technical costs will help accelerate the promotion of photovoltaic power generation parity. #Photovoltaic #Solarenergy #SolarEPC #Solarproject #Financing #ProcurementSolutions #SharedFuture #Costreduction #RealTalk #TradingSupport #Investment #Perspective #solarmanufacturing

In a monumental leap towards sustainable energy, National Grid's Hinkley Connection Project has hit a pivotal milestone: the successful wiring of all 116 state-of-the-art T-pylons. 🌱⚡ This innovative design now stretches an impressive 57 kilometres and is set to deliver low carbon electricity to an astounding six million UK homes. Each T-pylon stands as a testament to modern engineering, adeptly supporting 12 conductors. The meticulous process of stringing these overhead conductors, completed near Yatton, showcases National Grid's commitment to efficiency and reliability. While high voltage current already surges through 36 of these pylons—and underground cables through the Mendip Hills—by the year's end, the full fleet of T-pylons will be energised. This network marks a significant stride in securing a low carbon energy supply, bolstering the backbone of Britain's power infrastructure. As Steven Haskayne, project director for National Grid, expressed heartfelt appreciation for the surrounding communities' enduring support, it's a poignant reminder of collective progress. 🤝 Have you witnessed the evolution of the Hinkley Connection near you? What are your thoughts on the UK's shift to greener energy solutions?⚡🏡 Let's discuss in the comment below #SustainableEnergy #HinkleyConnection #FutureIsBright

The PV piles Installation Journey! ☀️⚡🔋 The installation of photovoltaic piles begins with site preparation, where the ground is surveyed and cleared of any obstructions. Next, the piles, typically made of steel or concrete, are driven into the ground using specialized equipment. These piles serve as the foundation for the solar panels, providing stability and support. Once the piles are securely installed, the solar panels are mounted onto them. This involves carefully positioning and securing the panels onto the mounting structures, ensuring optimal exposure to sunlight. Finally, electrical wiring is connected to link the panels together and integrate them into the electrical grid, ready to generate clean, renewable energy for years to come. #photovoltic #piles #installation #process #SolarEnergy #sustainable

Hi Everyone, For Strategic Land and Housing Developers, utilities are notoriously an exhausting problem to overcome. New utility infrastructure can seriously impact the viability of a project and all too often, utilities is treated as an afterthought. Is there capacity in the local network? Will network reinforcements be required? Where are the nearest points of connection? Are there any overhead lines or hidden underground assets that require to be diverted? Costs? Risk? Zero carbon driven strategies and technologies are putting ever increasing demands on the Network. There is so much to consider: EV Charging, PV (solar panels), Battery Storage? Renewables? Gas is being discontinued and this is driving alternative heating specification options: District Heating? Air Source Heat Pumps? Ground Source Heat Pumps, Gas/Hydrogen mix? Ultimately, we are trying to electrify everything and this is increasing the average electric diversified max demand for housing. Don’t delay. If you are looking to promote, submit planning or purchase a possible new development site, we can provide Utility Searches, Preliminary Utilities Appraisals, Diversions, Risk Assessment, Points of Connection and so much more.
