The ZZ's Ice Cream Puffs team is thrilled to have completed our participation at Foodie Land this past weekend. It was a valuable learning experience for myself and the entire team, filled with positive customer interactions and operational insights. Optimizing Efficiency: We identified areas to streamline the ordering process, ensuring a faster and more enjoyable experience for our customers. Reducing wait times for our delicious ice cream puffs is a key focus moving forward. Customer Loyalty: We were delighted by the number of repeat customers who came back for multiple visits. Your enthusiasm for our product is incredibly motivating, and we appreciate your continued support. Adapting to New Environments: This event provided an opportunity to assess the logistics of operating within a tent setup compared to our usual food truck. While there were some adjustments, we're confident in our ability to adapt and improve for future events. Overcoming Challenges: A brief rain ⛈️shower threatened to dampen the festivities (almost literally!), but our team persevered and ensured a successful conclusion. We're committed to being prepared for any weather condition that might arise. If you haven't been to Burger King in India yet, I'd recommend giving it a try. They're implementing cost-saving strategies that could be beneficial for many FMCG businesses. For store they have on an average 380 to 450 customers for every 1 lack of sale, so for this sale it required 1000 to 1200 sachet of ketchup.🍅🍅 Some customers take 1 ketchup for 1 burger some take 4-5 ketchup for 1 burger. Therefore, it really depends upon the crowd demand of that particular area. Then after research they came with this: - Initially, a policy limited ketchup to two packets per customer, but most requested more, prompting a reevaluation. - Mayo was exclusively provided with chicken sandwiches as part of the strategy. - Customers not using ketchup or preferring sachets often dispose of unused packets, resulting in waste.To address this issue and cut costs, Burger King introduced the box concept. #BurgerKingIndia #CostSavingStrategies #FMCGInnovation #CustomerDemand #CondimentSustainability #WasteReduction #BoxConcept #EfficiencyInRetail #FoodServiceIndustry
