——The difference between a great client and a terrible client —— ❌Not giving out a work number to speak directly to you and only giving a landline with having to deal with a gate keeper every time ✅Hands a direct phone number to contact them directly ❌No urgency when it comes to hard to find tradesmen ✅Understands the market is very fast paced and gets the process started ASAP ❌Never returns a phone call ✅Returns calls and always open to answer any unanswered questions for receruiter to better understand ❌Being so cheap making a position impossible to fill ✅Valuing skilled labour and hard work and paying a decent rate with relavent allowances Being a great client goes a long way: ⭐️Easier for us to source Quality candidates ⭐️Positive relationship forms ⭐️Your needs are met much sooner
