The intelligent fallback logic built into our Patient Engagement Portal appointment reminders and notifications is designed to be as cost-saving as possible for the Trusts that use it 💰: 1. Patients receive a free notification via the NHS App first... 2. ...if the appointment is not RSVP'd, then a free email will be sent... 3. ...with SMS only as a final action. We utilise your Trust’s existing Gov.Notify account, so there are no additional charges from us. So far, we’ve found that only 35% of notifications sent via MyHealthCall PEP are SMS, vs. 45% of NHS App notifications – and we expect this percentage to grow with NHS App uptake 📈.
