🌎 80% 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭’𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. It's easy in #healthcare to often focus on direct medical interventions, but the truth is, the broader canvas of social determinants of health (SDOH) plays a pivotal role. This insight is powerfully highlighted in a recent report by Wolters Kluwer Health, which advocates for a holistic approach to healthcare, particularly in managing cardiovascular disease—the world’s leading killer. This report by Wolters Kluwer sheds light on the urgent need for a unified strategy encompassing not just medical treatments but also addresses the social and environmental factors. Whether it's access to nutritious food, secure housing, or stress management, these elements are crucial in shaping health outcomes. By integrating empathetic, inclusive patient education and involving patients as active participants in their care journey, we can make a substantial impact. #HealthcareInnovation #PatientCare #SocialDeterminantsOfHealth #CardiovascularHealth #HolisticCare #HealthcareLeadership

Research shows that as many as 50% of health problems are discovered during emergency room visits. Most of those detections come at a critical stage. This issue clearly highlights one of the biggest pain points that our health care system faces – reactive response to disease. Thankfully, Prenuvo and Sollis Health are coming together to make sure those late stage diagnoses are a thing of the past. Prenuvo will be working with Sollis Health, the first concierge provider to offer its members ER level diagnostics and care, to bring their whole-body MRI technology to all new members. This partnership is set to transform care delivery as we know it by integrating care coordination and specialist triage with proactive screening. Not only will this lead to earlier disease intervention, but also increase the outcomes of those interventions. Check out the benefits offered through Sollis x Prenuvo here: https://lnkd.in/gf9X7P_J CC: Brad Olson, Kabir Awatramani, Elyssa Dimant, Andrew Lacy, Raja Haddad, Christine A., Maggie Philbin, Kayla Abbassi, Mikaya T., Brook Klingel, Andrea Ambriz-Alvarez, Bobo L.
