She leads the national Multiprofessional Advancing Practice program, developing educational and career pathways for enhanced, advanced and consultant level practice. She was awarded the Churchill Fellowship in 2023 to drive the collaborative development of a global network of Allied Health workforce leaders. She is also a Visiting Professor at the University of Winchester.
