Our study highlights a significant finding: women are more likely to remain with their tech employers if they feel included. According to our data, 79% of women rate their work settings as "good" or "excellent" in terms of inclusivity. This sense of inclusion is crucial for reducing staff turnover and boosting productivity. Despite these positive ratings, challenges such as gender bias and a lack of diversity still exist for women. It's important to continue striving for a tech industry that truly values and integrates diverse perspectives. 🔗 Full report here: https://lnkd.in/gzTgZeFE #InclusiveWorkplaces #WomenInTech #STEMDiversity #RetentionMatters #LorienGlobal
